The owner, William (Bill) G. Dolbow III, has been with Consortium Communications since 1993. He was a self-employed electrician/LAN installer from 1989 to 1993. He graduated with honors from DeVry Institute of Technology with an Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

He has been RCDD BiCSi Certified since March 1998. He is manufacturer certified by Hubbell, Leviton, Amp, AFL. OSHA 10-hour Safety Course, National Safety Council First Aid and CPR training.
